Our messaging system makes submitting an email and getting assistance a breeze. You can also check the status of previously submitted messages. Our response time to new messages is less than 24 hours though we usually respond within 4 hours during normal business hours. We answer all requests in the order they are received.

Every message submitted is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.
Help us ensure a prompt response:
- Give as much of the requested information as you can
- Make sure you provide your correct email address, we'll use that to reply to your messages
- Be sure to not submit duplicate requests, all submissions are answered in the order received
- If you'd like to speak with Beryl via phone make sure you include your phone number
- Be sure to select the appropriate "Help Topic" when submitting your message, this helps me respond quicker
